- We love being grandparents and getting to see our children grow. Chris is currently working for a new air ambulance company he helped to start called Coast to Coast Air Ambulance and finally has fulfilled his dream of being a pilot full-time. Terri is still making dilly bars at DQ - over 22 years! We are empty nesters as Skippy is finishing up serving a mission in North Carolina.

Thanks for sharing the trip. I had planned our summer trip to be to Cortex and Durango but the guys out voted me. Garrett loves the peaks and Gary love the Grand Canyon so that's what we're going to do. The pictures were great and next time I might get my way. (I'm used to getting my way but now I am out numbered! Gary was out numbered for about 30 years though so I guess it's fair.)
The drive from Cortez up through Telluride and Ouray is beautiful. We drove it several weeks ago and I'd go again in a heartbeat. We are lucky to live so close to so many beautiful places. Looks like you two had a great time!
